We spent our Memorial Day relaxing at home, taking it easy for the most part. We left the pool out overnight (whoops!) but today the kids had fun pretend-fishing and distributing the water all over the back yard today. Today was a special day at Brian’s school! The official groundbreaking ceremony of the new KinderGarden, a new five-senses garden that will be planted outside the Kindergarten/First Grade wing at Root Elementary. The students performed a cute poem called “A Little Brown Seed” and also sang “What A Wonderful World.” Brian had been practicing it all week!
