Guess what day it is? Guess what day it is?? Another snow day! Don’t get me wrong, snow is a rarity here and it’s a lot of fun.. When there’s enough to enjoy, but then it melts away quickly. That’s not what we’re getting this year, it seems–we’re getting piles of snow that melts and refreezes into treacherous ice. So, we were all home again today. The kids enjoyed staying in their PJs late, playing with Play-Doh, playing in the front yard this time, “helping” Daddy clear the driveway, and of course, drinking hot cocoa afterward. Today’s snow was much deeper than last time, with a nasty crust of ice to boot. I was so proud of Brandon, working so hard to clear our driveway when he did–by evening, we had the only usable driveway in the neighborhood. We saw a lot of neighbors slip-sliding their way up their driveways, after multiple tries. Yikes. 🙂

That is just like Roger: Brandon to get the driveway and sidewalks and steps cleared of snow and ice as soon as possible.
