Sunday Playdate with Ty

Today Brian got to have a long-awaited playdate with Ty!  I think the excitement got the better of him–both he and Kendall were up ridiculously early!  They made up for making me get up ridiculously early by being very cute..  Kendall was happy to go ahead and get dressed nicely, and she was so funny wanting to wear her monkey backpack for an adventure.  She and Brian made their anywhere chairs into a bus and insisted on some crazy driving!  Finally, Ty was here, and Brian raced to the door!  The boys did all sorts of things–played soccer outside, played video games inside, played with cars, set up an epic battle with Star wars toys, made Star Wars paper airplanes, helped me make some miniature chocolate cakes, had pizza for lunch, watched a movie with their cakes and popcorn..   Their activity level was pretty high, to say the least!  There’s not a ton of pictures, since they were moving so fast and I could barely keep up with them!  I did manage a little one-on-one time with Kendall, though, and we had fun with her Duplo Cinderella Castle. 🙂
