This morning, the kids both went to the Lowes Build and Grow session, and made a cool Turbo pull-back toy! We weren’t familiar with Turbo, but found the movie on Netflix afterward, and watched it with lunch! Pretty cute. This afternoon, after playing downstairs for awhile (with the kids abusing Brandon by riding him like a horse!) we decided to make use of the canopy we’d bought on the way back from the beach and Brandon’s new grill, and have a cookout. It’s a pretty nice canopy, especially with the mesh netting to keep the bugs away! We’d been eyeing one that some folks down the beach had, and just decided to splurge and get one for ourselves. Now we are pretty much set for future beach trips and outdoor fun, with plenty of folding chairs, a folding wagon, and a folding canopy to boot!
