Birthday Dinner

It’s my birthday, and Steve and Sue took us all out for dinner at Kanki, as has become our tradition.  The kids were super happy to get paper umbrellas in their drinks, and were generally well-behaved, but kept us pretty busy nonetheless.  Kendall really liked her soup this time.  One of the other families at our table included one of our well-known helpers from the Lego Store, and Brandon had a good time chatting with him and getting the scoop on some Lego things from an employee’s perspective.  Back home, the kids gave me a bead-banner that Brian had made for me, and we had some cupcakes to share!
