Tonight, Brandon and I escaped for a rare weeknight outing, having a nice dinner at Oro and then going to the Smashing Pumpkins concert at Red Hat Amphitheater! Huge thanks to Steve and Sue for picking up the kids from school, feeding them dinner, and treating them to a really fun night so that we could go out! I first saw the Smashing Pumpkins in concert 20 (gulp!) years ago, and it was nearly as long ago for Brandon. It’s fair to say they are Brandon’s all-time favorite band, and we’ve seen them together many times now. Like us, they’re a little older, but still able to rock. 🙂

Glad you had a night out together. To be honest, I knew nothing about the Smashing Pumpkins so I watched their Tonight, Tonight video and read about them on Wikipedia.
