Morning and Afternoon Cuteness!

Aren’t these kids adorable?  We already know this, of course, but more photos are never unwelcome, right? 🙂  Kendall was the cat’s pajamas this morning in her, ah, cat pajamas, holding onto her little big cats. (English teachers, forgive me that awkward sentence!)  After school, Brian was just glowing in the afternoon sun, rocking out to some Cheap Trick, wearing his cool t-shirt with a quote from their song “Surrender“.  (Yes, the shirt is quite hipster-ironic and mostly a nod to us old folks that get it, but of course we felt it was our responsibility as reasonably-cool parents to make sure the boy knew the song that inspired it!)  We played ball and RC car in the driveway after school today.  It’s a challenge keeping Kendall safe sometimes, and catch can turn into dodgeball rather unexpectedly, but it’s great to see the kids playing together.
