Kendall Loves Pancakes (and Kale?!)

We know Kendall loves her food.. But today, she really celebrated with gusto!  I surprised her with a milk delivery when I got her this morning, which is always met with quite a celebration.  We had pancakes for breakfast, which brought on some more partying.  And for dinner, I made a soup with sweet Italian sausage, cannellini beans, and kale.  I knew that Kendall would love the beans (she loves all kinds–wish you could hear her yell “bean!” as she points to them).  But she surprised me by really getting into the kale as well!  Go Kendall!  Brian also loves this soup, and ate up his kale as well.  I’ve got a little mom-pride about how non-picky they are..!  I like to think that I can claim just a little credit for that, by exposing them to a wide variety of foods and being a good example. 🙂
