STEM Family Night
Tonight was STEM Family night at Root, and we all went to enjoy the festivities, a quick dinner, and Brian’s favorite, the Kona Ice snow cones. There were a lot of activities, and the school was totally packed! Brandon went all out this morning and made Star Wars pancakes! Those pancake molds aren’t the easiest thing to use, but the results are always fun! Kendall loved her Yoda pancake, and Brian loved his Millennium Falcon. Brian thought there should be words as well, so Brandon made him letters to spell out Star Wars and The Clone Wars. Awesome!...

Brandon got some cute shots of the kids outside this morning at Brian’s swimming lessons. Bless him, he took them both and let me sleep in! This afternoon, we enjoyed the mild weather by taking the kids to the airport to ride their plasma cars! That’s always a great way to get (some of) the wiggles out....

I’d been so stressed out at work, burning the candle on both ends for longer than I care to remember, that I decided to take a personal day today. Originally I’d planned on just catching up on some posts here, but, as it turned out, I ended up with box tickets for today’s NCAA tournament games!
