Building, Goddard Party
This Saturday started out with a Lowe’s Build and Grow Black Widow’s Sky Cycle Clinic. Black Widow is one of the characters in Marvel’s Avengers and Avengers Assemble. Building a motorcycle out of wood is quite surreal. Once we were done with that challenging build, we were off to the Goddard School’s 5th birthday celebration. Hard to believe that Brian was an original all those years back! Kendall and Brian had a lot of fun playing and snacking! Favorite was the...

This morning, Brian found out that his speech therapist Kim had her baby four days earlier! He was super happy for her, but is still looking forward to getting her back ๐ At Camp Marbles, Brian made Play-Doh, and made his own pyramid. He decided to give it to Kendall! That was quite sweet of him. Kendall was playing with her Chinese Finger trap. She is still quite amazed with it! Not a bad Thursday at...

This week, Brian had two half-day LEGO camps at Pullen Park. In the morning he had Bricks 4 Kidz โ A Pirateโs Quest and in the afternoon Bricks 4 Kidz โ Gadgets and Gizmos Workshop. Great! We decided to do a quick site-seeing tour of my old stomping grounds of northern Colorado Springs, known as Briargate. We drove by my first house, 8440 Freemantle Dr. Although the paint and landscaping was different, it looked quite similar to how I remembered. Then, we drove by my second house, 8810 Alpine Valley Dr. Here,...

That plan was good as when we came down later in the day, the peak was covered in thunderstorms. Brian really enjoyed tracking our progress by mile-marker on his map. We are up there a...
