The Return of the Boosterthon!!!

Another year, another Boosterthon!!! They’ve done some modifications to the site, but the pledging is still about the same. Coming up next week, Brian is participating in the “Run for Root” and is helping raise funds for iPad carts and other technology improvements. Brian will complete 30-35 laps in the Run for Root and has set a $15.00 per lap pledge goal. Will you help him? Click here to reach greatness and support Brian now. Crabtown Showdown, 1

After the great success of the road game in Greenville, Brian was asked by the Surge travel team coaches if he’d be interested in joining the program. Between the fun in the game, the travel, and hanging out with the boys, he immediately wanted to do it. I was apprehensive about it as we really didn’t want to add another obligation to the family. Building, Star Wars Ornaments, Train Fun

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas with only 13 days to go! Our day started with Brian, Kendall, and myself going to Kendall’s swim lessons while Alison was getting her hair cut. We were assured that it would be a “light” travel program, but I...

Hockey Game

Feels like we were just at the PNC Arena, because we were 🙂 We’re back for the Toronto Maple Leafs game. Unfortunately, the Hurricanes lost 2-1, but we still had a great time. I always like watching the Canadian teams when they come to Raleigh! I also enjoy listening to O Canada paired with The Star Spangled Banner. We took a little extra time during intermission to make a poster to cheer on the ‘Canes. What Brian created was more like an instructional poster that the Hurricanes...
