Today was Brandon’s birthday! He opened up everyone’s cards today, thanks for thinking of him! He had a pile of cards from me and the kids, too. Brian really liked the “Birthday Ninja” card that he gave Brandon (hint: they’re just like regular ninjas, except they sneak up on you to deliver cupcakes!) Being the expert card maker that he is, also made some homemade cards to go along with the ones from the store. Brandon enjoyed reading them all! Kendall couldn’t make it until our final surprise, but after she went to bed, we presented Brandon with an ice cream cake! Brian helped to decorate it, and it was pretty hard for him to wait for Daddy.. But, we all enjoyed some before Brian had to get to bed. 🙂 The kids were pretty cute playing together today–if there’s one thing they can agree on, it’s the toy food! There’s an endless amount of games that can be played with it, and they can enjoy it together–cooking, shopping, etc. 🙂 Plus, there’s always enough to go around!

Yummy looking cake. Roger likes Culver’s ice cream cakes that we stick a candle on for his birthday. Looks like you had a nice birthday (36), Brandon.
