It’s October, and that means it’s time to celebrate Halloween! We really get into it, since it’s such a fun holiday. For, um, the kids. 😉 Certainly we, as upstanding adult citizens are much too proper for–oh, who am I kidding, IT’S PUMPKIN AND COSTUMES AND CANDY TIME!! What’s not to love? 😀 Well, I’d been waiting all year for Kendall to wear her Hello Kitty Halloween shirt again, and today’s the day! She was so excited. She just loves Hello Kitty! We even tried on her black cat infant hat, which was too small for her even last year, but it was fun to play with. 🙂 At dinner we enjoyed some grilled corn on the cob–one of the last tastes of summer! I don’t know why it cracks me up to watch her eat corn on the cob, she just seems so little to be able to do that! But she certainly manages it just fine, polishing off an ear or two every time we make it!

Pretty Hello Kitty shirt, Kendall. Grandpa Roger likes corn on the cob, too. When we were little kids we used to play and hide in fields where corn on the cob grew.
