Birthday Cake Oreos!

Today was warm enough that Kendall got to wear one of her summer outfits one more time..  I think the white cat embroidery is so cute!  Tonight after dinner, Brian was asking for a treat, and we discovered that we still had some of the birthday cake Oreos left in the closet!  (Yes, it might seem like we buy a lot of treats, but at least we don’t usually finish them all in one go!  Or even in a month.)  Kendall had missed out on these previously, so we let her try one tonight.  She was skeptical at first, taking the cookie apart, but then she noticed the fun sprinkles, and then a taste, and–wow!!!  Party time!!  So funny to watch that progression.  Yeah, probably not the best to give her Oreos before bedtime, but hey, sometimes you just gotta live a little. 🙂  So, the verdict is in, Birthday Cake Oreos are a win with all of us.  I’m still not going to buy the Candy Corn ones, that just seems too weird–and I do really like candy corn! 😉
