Kindergarten hasn’t started just yet, but today was the first day of Brian’s after school program at Laurel Hills! We thought it’d be good for him to get used to it, so we picked him up from Goddard School early today and brought him over. I hope he will have a good time there! When we got him at Goddard, they were having a bit of a goodbye party for Tyler B. It seems all the kids are bringing in a treat for their last day in class, I guess we will do the same! We went ahead and got Kendall, so she had a little extra time with us at home while Brian was at Laurel Hills. Tonight after bath, the kids loved playing with their big toy snakes that they got at the zoo. Brian and Kendall ran back and forth, the snakes trailing behind them–Brian yelling “attaaaaaack!” and Kendall squealing with delight.
Sorry about this being vertical–I know that’s bad form, but at the time, it seemed a better fit for the narrow hallway. 😉 If nothing else, you’ll get an appreciation for the noise level that we’re routinely subjected to! I don’t really mind happy noise, though. That super giggle of Kendall’s is a rare treat, she reserves it for her very funniest moments, so enjoy that one. 😉
