Today we all were back at school and work after the snow! Kendall was excited–she loves wearing her hat and mittens lately! We had a nice sunset this evening, a rare treat. (I’ll spare you, but feel free to imagine me grousing about the snow some more here!) 😉 I hadn’t been to the store in awhile and was panicking late this afternoon about what to make for dinner. On the way out, I asked a co-worker what he made the day before–he said “mango chicken” and I thought to myself, “I can do that..” And so I did. I was pretty pleased with the result! Random shot if Kendall washing her hands–have we mentioned how much she loves washing her hands?! She also enjoys enforcing hand-washing on others, and will loudly insist that Brian wash his hands if he’s messy!

A very good habit, Kendall to wash your hands and you will hardly ever get a cold. Mango chicken looks yummy. Our February sunsets have lots of pinks and yellows, too, but you can enjoy the sunset to the horizon and our view is blocked by a very big mountain.
