Y’all, I’m so miserable at work, I resorted to making one of those demotivational posters based on that scene from Downton Abbey where dude is so miserable as a soldier, he gets himself shot in the hand by holding up a lighter above the trench, just so he can go home. Okay, so my job doesn’t include shivering in filthy trenches during World War I. But it sucks pretty bad right now. I have to laugh, even if the humor is dark–the alternative is disgraceful and makes my mascara run. 😉 Just a couple more weeks on this project…!

There were days in blood bank when I wanted to walk out the door and never come back, but I did and the next day was better.
