This morning, Brian and I had another double-activity morning, with a Lego Club meeting (Chima-themed), followed by his reading class at NC State. Brian is really surprising me with how well he’s doing with his reading! When he’s able to pay attention and stay on task, that is. 😉 He still likes to visit the fountain after class, just like last year. Brandon and Kendall had a significantly less fun morning. Kendall’s lingering cough seemed so much worse today, that Brandon took her to the pediatrician. She is pretty sick, but should recover quickly, now that she’s gotten an antibiotic shot, a prescription for the pink stuff, and a rental nebulizer and medicine that she’ll breathe in through the mask. Poor baby. She did like the pinwheel she got from the doctor, even though it was for diagnostic and therapeutic reasons! Practicing blowing on it will help clear up her lungs.

Poor Kendall, not feeling well at all. If she was given an antibiotic he must have thought it was a bacterial infection; persistent cough like whooping cough? Both Peppin and Ollie had pertussis, even though they were vaccinated.
