Rooty, Dinner out, Kendall dances to “hang with me”

Today, Brian really wanted to take his “Rooty” to school–his prize from the fair really does look like his school mascot!  We got dinner out tonight, at Dos Taquitos–always a treat!  Brian decorated his cup to the nines, and was quite proud of it.  He made a snail out of bread crust–he tells us we are not allowed to throw it out.. I wonder how long it’ll last.  😉  After bath tonight, Kendall treated me to some cool dance moves with her yellow playsilk to one of her favorite tunes, “Hang with Me”.  It all started once when she wasn’t seeming so keen on waiting in the car with me while Brandon and Brian went into the IcePlex for something.  I asked her, “Don’t you want to hang with me?”  and she said no.  I said it a few times, and then sang it like the song–eventually, she decided she would hang with me, as long as I played the song for her, and it’s sort of been our thing ever since.  🙂
