Today sure was a busy one! The kids were playing bright and early with their playsilk dress-ups, Duplos, and the toy animal hospital, which Kendall has been rather interested in lately. We went out and did a little shopping today to get outfits for everyone to wear for our family photo, which was a rather harrowing experience for us parents, but I think the kids actually had some fun. We realized it was probably our best chance to go and get a pumpkin, so we headed over to Farmer’s Market as well. We picked out some cool big pumpkins, and the kids chose some fun smaller pumpkins and gourds as well. It’s always fun and a little crazy taking the kids there, since they tend to run in opposite directions and try to buy everything, but it’s just such a photogenic setting, especially in the afternoon sunlight, and there’s usually a pretty great selection, so we keep doing it every year! We were pretty wiped out from the stress of the day by the time we packed it up. Brian helped make a party tray for us to share back at home, and he managed to lose another tooth, too!
