Today was a special day for Kendall! We started out by going to Build-A-Bear to get her new Princess Celestia all fluffed up. Brian got to stay home with Grandpa Roger–good thing, it was certainly a zoo in the Build-A-Bear on the day after Christmas! Hoo boy. But, it’s worth it, Kendall’s new friend is certainly quite special. Thanks, Nana!
Later, we all packed ourselves into the van to go attend the Carolina Ballet’s performance of the Nutcracker. Grandpa might have had a few good-natured grumbles about being dragged to the ballet, but I think we all had a good time, not just us girls! We posed for some photos afterward by the fountain.
This evening we made a trip out to Target, ended up getting a new TV that was on sale for the middle level. Kendall’s prize was a pack of Frozen-themed Uno cards that I snagged for her in the checkout. 🙂
