We surprised the kids by presenting them with character-tie-in versions of Monopoly! Actually, we had originally planned on just getting the My Little Pony version for Kendall, but Brian found out, and wished that there was a Clone Wars version of Monopoly. I went and looked, of course–and it turns out they did make one, a few years ago! I found one in good condition for less than collector’s-item pricing, so I went ahead. When we gave Kendall her game, Brian got his, too! What a surprise. 😀 They are a little young for these yet, but, it’s cool to have them on hand anyway. Monopoly is one of Brandon’s very favorite board games, so, we expect to have lots of good times playing the classic game with the kids’ favorite characters. Also included, pictures of Kendall in her “I Love My Nana” shirt (that’s for you, Rosemary!) and some snapshots of the brilliant, but rare, January sunset we had today.
