Today we were off to Chapel Hill for LegoPalooza at the Morehead Planetarium. It was a long wait to get up the stairs to the third floor, but, so fun to see all the different Lego creations! The kids love the big sundial outside. Something about it, the kids just can’t resist running around and around it. We picked up a variety of slices from Pizza & Pasta to take to Sue’s for our family dinner. It’s now located in Carr Mill, as the Franklin St. location is closed. It’s a shame, since that location was such a landmark. I spent so much time there when I was a student! At least their unique pizza is still around. The world just wouldn’t be the same without their amazing penne and eggplant stuffed pizza. And the spinach. And the broccoli and cheese. Okay, all of their creations! 😉 After our pizza dinner and ice cream for dessert, the kids along with Marci and Sue put on a puppet show for us with the sheep puppets we’d made! Completely hilarious. 😀 We had so much fun with that!
