Happy Valentine’s Day! We had a lot of fun today. The kids had some surprises and cards when they woke up! Brian had a Lowe’s Build and Grow to attend, and made a heart-flower photo holder. Nana Rosemary came by with a lot of cute donuts. She and the kids made some crayon-resist watercolor Valentines. The kids showed us their piles of Valentines from the kids at school, and Brian shared his conversation hearts with us. They’re a little cheekier than I remember! 😉 We had a nice fruit bouquet to share, courtesy of Brandon, and they boys surprised me with a pile of gifts from the spa! Really, it’s enough for a really spectacular spa day right here at home. Brian picked out a candle for me, and was really proud of it. Red glass holder (which he knows is one of my favorite colors) and citrus-scented (which he knew I’d like). This evening we went out for a family dinner together at The Point. We hadn’t been there before, and were impressed with the delicious local fare!
