Today was Brian’s last day of first grade! The class celebrated with a pajama party, and the kids got to go to school in their PJs and bring a stuffed animal friend. Brian took Jason the Alligator, the softest reptile you’ll ever meet, a gift from Grandpa Steve before Brian was even born. 🙂 After school, we asked Brian where he’d like to go for dinner to celebrate, and he picked Chick-Fil-A. We had a fun dinner, and Kendall got to play in the playspace for a bit (Brian is technically too old for it), and then we all went to Fresh for ice cream! The kids loved their treat, but couldn’t wait to go play with the extra-large Connect Four game! Back at home, they played with the butterfly and dragonfly finger puppets for a bit before bath. 🙂
