Kendall was up early this morning, and decide to bring all her ponies into our bathroom (?) for a pony party. Okay Kendall, we get it, we’re awake…! Sheesh. We haven’t had a weekend this summer that has been good for backyard splash fun yet, so we decided that today had to be the day, even though the ground was a bit soggy and clouds were in the forecast. The kids made the most of the breaks in the clouds, and had a wild time running around and splashing each other. Brian played a lacrosse-like net-catching came with his Death Star pool ball. He really liked sneaking up on Kendall with the water hose! She squealed, but I don’t think she minded too much–she asked him to get her again! 😀
