Kendall had a splash day today, and debuted her new My Little Pony tankini. Cute! This morning, Brian had “meet the teacher” over at Root, where we got to see his new second grade class. His teacher, Mrs. Steer, seems very nice, and his classroom is just overflowing with books! It looks like they will never run out of things to read. 🙂 We picked up his Root t-shirt for the year (they’re doing just one shirt, instead of four different ones for all the school events..!) We stopped by Grandma Sue’s, and saw all the creations Brian’s been working on while he’s stayed with her mornings this week. He’s made a tree, an airport with runways and a tower, all sorts of things. Brian had some time with us over at Red Hat when he wasn’t at camp this afternoon, and took advantage of the games in the Hat Rack with dad (and mom’s “eye candy” stash–long story!) 😉
