Friday Night Party

It had to happen sooner or later–tonight was Brian’s first Friday night party.  🙂  His pal Drew’s birthday was this evening after school, out at once of those indoor bounce-house places.  I knew that Kendall wouldn’t be up for all that action, so late in the evening, especially after being back in school, so I stayed home with her and had a girls’ night.  🙂  I’ll be honest, I am not a huge fan of those places, the noise is a little much for me and every surface feels sort of..  sticky.  Ew!   😀  Kendall was really into her dinner (as usual!) and I caught a couple great smiles.  The boys stayed out, bouncing past bedtime, and Brian came home thoroughly exhausted, but happy that he got to stay out late with his best buddies, Ty and Drew.  He loved playing air hockey, of course, it’s one of his favorites!
