Today Nana Rosemary watched the kids while Brandon and I ran a million errands. She came early and even brought some biscuits–Kendall was definitely a fan! Brandon and I managed to fit some fun destinations in, picking up both some fancy chocolate as well as some cupcakes. We had to! Our cupcake shop had special Guinness-chocolate and Bailey’s frosting cupcakes for St. Patrick’s Day! They were excellent, I hope they make them again next year! Back at home, Brian wanted to play Just Dance 4, which is one of his new favorites. He’s figuring out how to use the move controller and he’s definitely learning some cool new moves! His favorite songs are “What Makes You Beautiful” by One Direction, “Good Feeling” by Flo Rida, YouTube favorite “Call Me Maybe”, and the one he calls the Superhero Song because of the dance character–“Never Gonna Give You Up” by Rick Astley. Of course I had to purchase the download for “Gangnam Style” since he adores that one, too. 🙂 It’s fun and we can play along with him–but I usually check to see if the curtains are closed first! 😉 Kendall is a little mystified by the dance game, and today she wanted to play hockey!! Isn’t she cute toddling around with the puck and stick. Once she determined that Brian was in a game-playing mood, she tried getting in on the action by using the regular controllers, but I think she found it a little frustrating, that’s a priceless “really?” expression she gave me. 🙂

I liked Kendall expression holding the game player. Same look I had trying to program VCR to record. Good Brian likes music. Kelly liked music and Maureen not so much.
