Lightsaber Battle, Part Deux

Sometimes, a lightsaber battle has to continue the next morning..  And even into the car. 😉  The kids are really happy about having two of them now!  Kendall’s hair is long enough that I need to put it up in the morning–she doesn’t always have much patience for this, though, and tends to pull out her “hairbow” almost as soon as I put it in.  One way to get her to leave it in is to immediately run into the bathroom to show her what she looks like in the mirror.  She smiles once she sees herself, and then is happy enough to leave her hair alone!  Kendall also likes to carry her own backpack these days, either holding by the handle or wearing it.  She always gets such reactions at school when she does, about how cute she is, with a backpack just her size!
