Ah, summer–when we get piles and piles of sweet corn in our Produce Box, and the kids have Splash Day at Goddard School once a week. It’s so much fun for the kids, getting to go to school in their swimsuits–but as excited as they are, they can get distracted by the cat piano. Sometimes you just have to jam a little before school, I guess! We’re having a lot of sweet corn lately, and Kendall will no longer tolerate her corn being cut off the cob. She reacts with all the righteous indignation of a toddler who thinks she’s being treated like a baby! 😉 Instead, she insists on having a full-length corn on the cob, just like Mommy and Daddy. She does really well with it, especially for a little person without all her teeth yet! 🙂
