Today was Brian’s last day of his Ancient Adventures art camp, and honestly, before this afternoon, we didn’t have a clue as to what he’d been working on all week! Today Brian starts his Rocketry Camp at Wakefield! Huge, gigantic thanks to Grandma Sue and Grandpa Steve for the hookup on getting Brian into this camp–we couldn’t have done it without them (and their membership)! Even more thanks to Steve and Sue for meeting us at Goddard to pick up Brian each morning this week–that really saves us a ton of commuting time! Brian finished up basketball camp today, and while I think he had some fun, I’m pretty sure it’s not tops on his list of camps. He didn’t like the not-air-conditioned gym at Laurel Hills, and the instructors didn’t look much older than the participants, so I expect it was Lord of the Flies in there, at least some of the time–it sure looked like barely-controlled chaos to me!
