Meet the Teacher Day
Today was Brian’s last day of Lego camp, and his last day of summer camps, period! He was hiding under the table when we came to pick him up, but he got to make and keep a minifigure, so that made saying goodbye a little easier. 😉 This morning before camp, we took Brian over to Root for Meet the Teacher day, where we all got to meet his new teacher, Mrs. Hounwanou. Brian is at Lego Camp this week, which he seems to like a whole lot! He’s been spending the mornings with Grandma Sue and Grandpa Steve. Today Grandma even hooked him up with a popsicle at Pullen Park before camp! As is usually the case, he didn’t really want to leave he was having so much fun building with his new buddies. While we were playing, Brandon and Kendall were at the grocery store. They got...

He loves the Benny poster in the camp room (he has one of his own, but we haven’t put it up in his room yet!) Brian had skating lessons this afternoon, so Kendall and I had some girl time! She was happy to see me when I picked her up, and showed me her Lego creation! I was amazed at the group of 2-year-olds sitting and playing so nicely with their...
