Building, Smoothies, Piano, Hockey!
Just another Saturday at the Perkins’ house. 🙂 This morning, the whole crew joined Brian for his Lowes Build and Grow event, where he made a cool green monster truck! I’m so impressed with how independent he is with most of the building instructions. Kendall found watching the building mildly interesting, but she was much more keen on trying to escape on her own, and visit the other families who were there working together! After our building session, we got smoothies for the...

Today is Pajama Day at Goddard, so Kendall is wearing her adorable Valentine PJs (even though it was last week, these are too cute to put away!) They even have a little skirt. 😀 We had a little playtime this morning, and Kendall was really into going into her toy box. Once we opened it up, I realized why! A lot of her favorite toys had been stashed in there awhile ago–I guess she had been missing them! She was so excited as she reached in and pulled out more and more toys! Kendall...

Kendall has been sleepy today! This morning she was groggy, but still so cute. She even let me put a bow in her hair. Tonight, she was sleepy after her bath too–but the kind where she gets a burst of energy and wants to play with everything! She was crawling and cruising in Brian’s room, which he found pretty amusing. He also liked her PJs that say “little sister”. 😉 Brandon tried to get her to walk some to burn off that last bit of energy, but, she’s still...

We had to skip town so soon after Valentine’s day to go to the Lego Fest, I didn’t get to post about all of our Valentine’s Day crafts. 🙂 Brian made this lovely heart string for us–there’s one for each member of the family, and one for Everybody! Nana helped him string them up while Brandon and I were out seeing Spamalot, and they made a lovely and festive decoration! I love how each heart is different, and how he personalized them with our names on the back....
