Sleepy Kendall
Kendall has been sleepy today! This morning she was groggy, but still so cute. She even let me put a bow in her hair. Tonight, she was sleepy after her bath too–but the kind where she gets a burst of energy and wants to play with everything! She was crawling and cruising in Brian’s room, which he found pretty amusing. He also liked her PJs that say “little sister”. 😉 Brandon tried to get her to walk some to burn off that last bit of energy, but, she’s still...

We had to skip town so soon after Valentine’s day to go to the Lego Fest, I didn’t get to post about all of our Valentine’s Day crafts. 🙂 Brian made this lovely heart string for us–there’s one for each member of the family, and one for Everybody! Nana helped him string them up while Brandon and I were out seeing Spamalot, and they made a lovely and festive decoration! Whew! Okay, where to begin.. So, this weekend was the Lego Kids Fest up in Richmond, VA. (Side note: we’ve found all of the purple Legos, and they are on tour with the Fest! Seriously, why are these so hard to find?!)...

Happy Valentine’s Day! Today we continued the celebrations. The kids both had parties at school, and Brandon was able to make it to Brian’s party! Brian and his friends enjoyed some snacks together, and Brandon was pleased to report that Brian mostly chose fruit as his treat–well, fruit, and some Oreos to go with it. 😉 Then, the kids played a heart scavenger hunt game, where the ran around to collect hearts from all around the classroom! Brian used his hearts to make us...

It’s the day before Valentine’s Day, but we’re all celebrating a little early. Kendall is wearing a cute outfit, Brian got the Boba Fett M&M dispenser he’d been wanting, and Brandon and I had a fun night out going to see Spamalot! I received a special box of chocolates from a local chocolate factory called Videri. It’s not an exaggeration to say that these are the best chocolates I’ve ever had! If you’re in Raleigh and haven’t tried...
