This morning, Brian was playing with Commander Fluffy, and dressed him up in the Carolina Hurricanes hockey outfit that Nana gave him as a birthday present! It’s Friday night, and what that means for us currently is that Brian goes to hockey practice with Brandon after school, and I pick up Kendall and we have some “girl time” at home. The kids were so excited by the garbage truck this morning! Brian always loved watching it when he was a tiny little guy, and now both of them run to the windows when the truck comes. I was so impressed with Brian’s notebook, I took photos of every page, through today’s entries. He made a cool viking ship, a cool bumblebee (with pretty darn accurate description of what bees do!) and then a diagram showing the bees visiting flowers, bringing nectar back to the hive, making honey/honeycombs, and even showing the bee larvae.
