Lego Movie, again!
We went to see the Lego Movie again! This time we brought Kendall along as well for a matinee showing. It was just as good the second time, and Kendall seemed to really get into it! Also included, silly Brian with fried-egg eyes, some of Brian’s valentine cards that he made us, Kendall actually eating some spinach (!) at Noodle & Company, a paper-and-glue plane that Brian and I made, and the kids riding plasma cars in the garage. Okay, we are all completely, totally, and utterly over the snow. I’m hoping we’re done with it for the year. Today we mostly spent the day at home, just playing with the kids. The snow day train just keeps rolling! It’s nasty out there. This round of snow arrived so hard and fast, that everyone who waited to leave work until the snow actually started yesterday got stuck in traffic for hours. The resulting snarls backed up major roads for 5 hours or more, and emergency vehicles even had trouble getting to all the beached cars and accidents.
