Kendall as the Buttercup Fairy
The photographer at the Goddard Fall Fest sent us these amazing pictures of Kendall dressed up in her prized Buttercup Fairy Halloween costume!...
Read MoreHalloween!
It’s Halloween! Still one of my favorite holidays, even if I’m not doing the dressing up anymore. 😉 Lucky for us, Halloween is a big deal at Red Hat and we always have one of our excellent parties. This year, they really pulled out the stops and had “haunted” elevators in the morning when we arrived, with decorations, sound effects, even including staff dressed up like creepy operators that took us to to our “final destination“–mwa-ha-ha!!! Tonight was the annual Red Hat family Halloween party! Brandon brought the kids to the tower and we got them ready to head inside. They look pretty fantastic, don’t they? Brian makes a fierce Viking, and Kendall makes the most beautiful buttercup fairy! Once we were ready, we headed in for the main event, and a wild time was had by all. We made our Darth Vader and Kitty pumpkins, surprising Kendall with them when she got home. I started the...

Read MoreBirthday Dinner
It’s my birthday, and Steve and Sue took us all out for dinner at Kanki, as has become our tradition. The kids were super happy to get paper umbrellas in their drinks, and were generally well-behaved, but kept us pretty busy nonetheless. Kendall really liked her soup this time. One of the other families at our table included one of our well-known helpers from the Lego Store, and Brandon had a good time chatting with him and getting the scoop on some Lego things from an...
