Roger’s Visit! Day 4
The boys picked up some Krispy Kreme last night after the hockey game, so we enjoyed a super-sugary breakfast today! We felt like getting out today, so packed everyone up and headed to Durham’s Life+Science Museum. Kendall and Brian used the new Hello Kitty carseat blankets I made last night! We spent a lot of our Memorial Day at home, just relaxing.. But, eventually, we did make it out of the house and paid a visit to the Life and Science Museum in Durham! It was a beautiful day, so after playing picnic with the toy food for awhile, we decided to have a real picnic at the Raulston Arboretum at NC State. We packed up our gear, picked up some takeout from Neomonde, and enjoyed our Mediterranean feast on the picnic blanket. Then we set off to explore the arboretum.
