We’ve spent a few years keeping our eye out for a tree topper that we can stand.. (A lot harder than you’d think!) Nothing has ever seemed right, so we’ve just gone without. We finished up our Thanksgiving break today by being very industrious, even though we stayed in our PJs past noon! We managed to get the tree decorated fully, with the train underneath and all. Brian loves these Mameshiba characters so much right now, he made his own Mameshiba ornament! We put our Christmas tree up today! Although, we had another rude awakening this year–all three extra-long, heavy-duty multicolored strings of lights that we’d had for years had stopped working.
