We finished up our Thanksgiving break today by being very industrious, even though we stayed in our PJs past noon! We managed to get the tree decorated fully, with the train underneath and all. Brian loves these Mameshiba characters so much right now, he made his own Mameshiba ornament! We put our Christmas tree up today! Although, we had another rude awakening this year–all three extra-long, heavy-duty multicolored strings of lights that we’d had for years had stopped working. Kendall’s class invited family members to come in for lunchtime today, and since Brian had the day off from school, I thought it would be fun to bring him along.
